Tickets rates do not include a 5% Convention Center Fee & may be purchased at our ticket booths, online or over the phone. Tickets booked online are subject to a $2 per ticket convenience fee and tickets booked over the phone are subject to a $3.50 per ticket convenience fee.
We are required by the United States Coast Guard to count every guest on board whether they are an adult or a baby. Therefore a seat must be purchased for all guests including children under 3. (Even if you are able to carry the infant on your lap.) This is so we do not go over our approved limit of guests on our DUCKs. You may bring a car seat to place next to you on tour as your infant will have a seat to themself
Wheelchair accessible DUCKS are available from our Prudential Center & Museum of Science departure locations. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, contact us at 617-450-0068 to ensure we have our wheelchair lift available for your party. We must know in advance if a guest can transfer out of their chair or if they must stay in it to allocate the correct amount of seats. (Please note that there is a 600 lb. maximum for our wheelchair lifts.)
Tours from the Museum of Science and Prudential Center depart every hour or half hour.
Boston Duck Tours has invested in providing the best experience in Boston for visitors far and wide with its new GPS activated foreign language app that guests can download and use on tour. The app breaks down the language barrier, providing imagery as well as narration in languages including Spanish, German, Mandarin, French, Japanese, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean and Cantonese on all tours. Please bring your own headphones.
