Karla is named for Kenmore Square, home to some of Boston’s most beloved icons, the Boston Red Sox, Fenway Park and the Citgo sign. Kenmore Square is located just west of the Back Bay and was part of the Back Bay landfill project that added more that 450 acres to the city. Kenmore Square is also home to Lansdowne Street, which is one of the centers of Boston’s nightlife.
